Jeremy Kyle show rocked by TWO more suicides scandals

The Jeremy Kyle Show has been linked to two more suicides according to The Sunday Mirror.

Erica Pawson, 33, killed herself in October 2005 when husband Paul took presenter Kyle’s advice and dumped her following the programme.

Meanwhile, former boxer Paul McCarthy, 31, took his own life just three months after he appeared on the talk show.

According to his family, he died after being kicked off a rehab programme provided by Kyle.

Paul’s mum said she was left “devastated” after he was kicked onto the streets with no money.

He had split with his partner, become addicted to painkillers and spiralled into depression.

The couple claim a verdict of suicide was recorded at his inquest.

Erica’s former husband Paul spoke to the publication where he blamed the show for her death.

He said: “If it wasn’t for the show, she’d still be here. I blame Kyle.”

ITV axed The Jeremy Kyle Show on Wednesday following guest Stephen Dymond’s suspected suicide.

And Paul accused Jeremy of destroying the lives of guests.

Paul explained how he had ended his 18-year marriage with Erica and talked out on her and their teenage daughter after following the advice Jeremy had given him during a show segment called Britain’s Worst Husband.

He said: “As far as I’m concerned, he destroyed mine and my daughter’s life. He’s very aggressive to people he doesn’t know, he shouldn’t be like that. He’s very full on and in your face.

“He told me to leave Erica so I shook his hand and promised to leave the family home, which I did.

“At the end of the day, he ruined my wife’s life. She killed herself.

“If it wasn’t for the show, Erica would still be here today, I know she would. I blame Jeremy Kyle.

“I’ve always blamed Kyle and ITV.”
