Malin Anderson shared her pregnancy with the world in 2018, two years since her time in the Love Island villa.
With floods of support from her pals, she was heavily supported throughout her pregnancy after losing her mother in November 2017.
Announcing the birth of her baby girl just over a year later, Malin was consumed with joy, but shared her fears after her daughter was born seven weeks early.
As she gave her followers an update on Instagram, she asked for prayers from her fans, as her daughter is still in intensive care.
“Baby Consy is still in intensive care, and fighting each day”
Reaching out to her 372,000 followers, she wrote on her story: “Please get all your healing and prayers in for baby Consy.”
She soon added another post on her page, captioned: All your prayers, messages, healing… It means the world to us.
“Baby Consy is still in intensive care, and fighting each day. This has been the most difficult time I have ever gone through.
“I just want to hold her. It’s different to my mum last year. My mum was ready to go… my little girl isn’t.
“She has given me the ultimate purpose in my life and I’m not prepared to let her go.”
Her post came a week after announcing the birth of her daughter and telling her followers how she came early.
Sharing a photo of her daughter with wires all over her body, she wrote: “She is so beautiful, we are totally in love with her, but unfortunately due to complications, she is currently being cared for at Great Ormond Street.
“We are so thankful for the amazing care she is receiving here and promise to update you on her progress but for the time being we hope you can all respect our privacy.”
Malin has been taking her followers through her pregnancy, sharing baby bump snaps and her gender reveal party to her followers.
The Love Island beauty has been inundated with well-wishes and prayers, and she’s thanked her followers on her profile.
She’s promised her fans that she’ll be updating them with news as she gets it, but for the time being, they’re sending their love.
